A significant safety milestone has been reached on the Lumwana Copper Project in Zambia. On 10 June 2008, 4 million manhours were completed Lost Time Injury (LTI) free. This is an outstanding achievement and a credit to the whole team. An award was presented to the on-site Construction Manager, Duncan Smail, by Ausenco Mineral's Managing Director, Brett Smith (pictured below).
